What you would do:
Lead integration of Osteopathic Prinicples and Practices within the residency program;
Supervise and precept residents in clinical settings;
Provide exemplary direct patient care to a continuity panel of patients;
Contribute to the development, revision and maintainence of the curriculum;
Support resident achievement of competencies and needed performance improvement plans;
Faciliate innovation and learning within the didactics curriculum to residents;
Assist with resident recruitment, onboarding, and retention;
Assist PD with other program needs and accreditation requirements, as needed.

About Adena Graduate Medical Education
The Adena Family Medicine Residency Program began in 2014. The program is AOA and ACGME accredited and offers core rotations at Adena Regional Medical Center, Veterans Affair Medical Center, and Nationwide Children's Hospital. Residents receive an excellent balance of academic training combined with hands-on experience. The program has 18 residents in a 6-6-6 structure. Professional Memberships include: AOA, ACOFP, and AAFP. Our Mission is to educate residents, in a socially responsible and culturally appropriate way by providing compassionate, patient-cantered, evidence-based healthcare to Ross County and surrounding areas.
