Responsible to provide administrative and strategic leadership for all PSH-related collaboration activities in the post-acute care space. Build and maintain PSHs Post-Acute Care Network (PACN). Provide administrative leadership for the Post-Acute Care Service Line and the supporting clinical teams.
Bachelors Degree required
7 years of related experience required with at least 3 years of management responsibility required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Internally motivated with an ‘owner’ mentality required
Ability to lead within a dynamic and evolving situation required
Ability to manage administrative and clinical staff required
Ability to use data to communicate with stakeholders required
RN strongly preferred
Masters Degree preferred
Experience working in post-acute care settings is preferred
