JOB SUMMARY: By working in a professional team setting, the student will participate in numerous clinical activities typically found in a substance abuse treatment setting. Reports to Director of Inpatient/Outpatient Counseling Departments, as well as Counseling Coordinators. COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Months possess strong interpersonal and organization all skills, self-motivation, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: The prospective intern will be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree Human Service program with a minimum GPA of 3.5. The prospective intern will provide all clearances, two letters of recommendation from faculty, up-to- date transcript, as well as a resume.
