Plan, oversee, and execute events in order to meet established program goals, objectives and timelines (35%)
Provides expertise and assists in oversight on the goals and objectives for your projects/programs, and serve as primary point-of-contact, as well as develop/update SOPs and Best Practices.
Assist with milestone monitoring to ensure appropriate progress - aligned both with database and project tracking document maintenance.
Collaborate with Project Mangers, Analysts, and Directors to execute programmatic elements routinely with high quality and accuracy.
Schedule special meetings for leadership as requested. This may involve high-level cross-departmental coordination.
Schedule and assist in execution of monthly VICTR and VUMC-investigative team meetings as requested.
Develop and oversee program marketing (25%)
Act as a liaison for the BioVU program by answering inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns.
Oversee program website, social media, marketing, and public relations initiatives.
Design and draft publications, fact sheets, promotional items, and event materials.
Program improvement (20%)
Consistently perform QA reviews of the BioVU efforts and make recommendations for improvement based upon outcomes.
Conduct program evaluations including survey creation, data collection, and analysis.
Build data collection tools in REDCap and prepare summary of results.
Administrative direction (20%)
Organize and systematize the preparation of annual reports and research/educational grants, as appropriate
Organize and facilitate the various types of submissions related to institutional regulatory offices.
Edit and facilitate manuscript submissions, as well as create and maintain research and citation libraries.
