The Client Service Representative acts as an interface between designated department, department customers (both internal and external) and hospital/clinic operations. Informs clients of laboratory protocols and procedures and responds to client problems promptly, courteously and in accordance with established policies and procedures. The Client Service Representative provides collection and transportation information and lab test results to clients, monitors collection information, fields phone calls, and provides reports to management when requested.
