The Financial Advisor III prepares financial statements, performs monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis, consults and advises senior management on financial and operational issues impacting the strategic financial plans of the organization, working independently. In addition, the Financial Advisor III has the following responsibilities: Coordinates, analyzes, investigated and advises senior management on departmental/divisional/institutional financial variance reports. Prepares, manages and analyzes financial information related to the end of the month close cycle. Creates and educates staff on advanced nVision reports for internal financial analysis. Performs and communicates moderate to complex analysis for external users of financial information. Develops multiple system computer based programs for use in financial and operational reporting.
The ideal candidate for the Financial Advisor III role will be an experienced finance or accounting professional who has a passion for leadership and is adept at financial analytics, meeting deadlines and presenting to upper management.
