Under general direction of the Benefis Pain Clinic Manager, provides leadership and oversight of the SAMHSA grant-funded program to include implementation, management, budget administration, and sustainability. This position is fully or partially funded by a grant and that the position is contingent on grant funding. Responsible for effectively carrying out project objectives and funding requirements. Follows all applicable federal regulations, cost principles, and administrative requirements. This position is employed through Benefis Health System, and will follow and adhere to all Benefis HR, Benefits and employment policies and requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates and arranges all aspects of SAMHSA grant meetings, virtual and in-person, including webinars, conference calls, educations, conferences and events.
Performs research relevant to SAMHSA grant activities as needed.
Effectively implements and successfully carries out program activities achieving all goals and objectives
Demonstrates compliance in meeting all federal requirements.
Effectively coordinates with rural spoke sites, clinicians, and other Benefis departments to ensure smooth implementation, progress toward meeting goals/objectives, and overall project success.
Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations.
Manage all SAMHSA grant funded staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years management experience.
Extensive knowledge of Substance Use Disorder programs preferred.

Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
