Members of the ServiceNow family are considered subject matter experts responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of all components within the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow team members work closely with Leadership, other team members, Process Owners, IS, and Operational teams to ensure that administration and implementation are conducted per policy, procedures, and best practices.
The Principal ServiceNow Architect is accountable for all aspects of the technical solution, integration and related implementations. They lead onsite and virtual requirements gathering meetings to capture all necessary requisites for new efforts. The Principal ServiceNow Architect provides consultative guidance, working to design new overall solutions based on ServiceNow and industry specific best practices. Prior to implementation, they scope new application requirements providing the detailed design, project support requirements, and timelines for signoff. They provide solutions to guide technology globally across MemorialCare, removing inefficiencies and streamlining the delivery of quality solutions.
Principal ServiceNow Architects are technical leaders who provide consultative guidance to the entire ServiceNow team, assure platform alignment to business strategy and the application roadmap. They lead the team to envision and prioritize requirements and provide technology and architecture recommendations. The Principal ServiceNow Architect documents the platform, analyzes impacts of new requirements, and provides controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are leveraged in the delivery of business solutions. They further conduct cost/benefits analyses to align technology solutions with business initiatives.
Principal ServiceNow Architects manage research focused on identifying emerging technology solutions that reduce costs, increase efficiencies, provide greater overall value and increase security. They facilitate organizational change by defining strategies for MemorialCare with technology standards and design goals. They work to develop standardized structure models within MemorialCare to limit ongoing support needs.
