Clinical Director CNM at Beautiful New Birth Center - West Palm Beach

We are looking for a midwife who is passionate about birth center birth and has at least two years of experience with out-of-hospital midwifery. We have an incredible team of collaborating midwives and doctors that is unprecedented in South Florida. We foster a warm and supportive team spirit in a calming work environment. We are looking for someone who has leadership qualities, an aptitude for online administration, and great communication skills. All our midwives get certified in waterbirth (www.waterbirth.org).

We are working toward national accreditation and our new clinical director will work closely with our founder, Maya Guruswami, to get more systems and CQI in place. Our clientele is highly motivated, educated, and holistically minded. Ideally, the right candidate will be able to answer questions regarding healthy nutrition, healthy lifestyle tools, and integrative medicine.
