Editor/Grant Coordinator

You Will:

• Support end-to-end grant activity of established Principal Investigator (PI) by providing extensive support with grant preparation/coordination and editing
• Find opportunities for peer-reviewed funding, locating suitable applicants, ensuring timely proposal submission as well as a timely and accurate follow-up
• Edit, coordinate, and submit academic and research documents, including but not limited to manuscripts and correspondence
• Coordinate, edit, and submit federal, foundation, and MSK (internal) grant applications and grant progress reports, as well as assist with the execution of industry contracts
• Edit, format, and submit journal articles
• Provide support for research conference planning
• Work with faculty and others to identify funding sources, engage in brainstorming/proposal development activities, interpret and explain funding agency and institutional requirements
• Coordinate final review and submission of all sponsored research materials

You have:

• 3-5 years of grant management experience (NIH and/or DoD grant experience) required
• Strong project management experience and medical editing experience preferred
