BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE - Supports BioLife University objectives, by driving process improvements and metric analysis. Responsible for data gathering and communication between diverse data sources, to construct reports and/or models that support key leadership and development strategies. Effectively collaborates with multiple segments of BioLife University and PDT with varying levels of engagement and scope.
ACCOUNTABILITIESÂ - Analysis and Modeling (70%)
- Mutual accountability to drive network results
- Effectively collaborates across functions and interprets customer needs and expectations.
- Develops reports/business tools that support process improvement opportunities that facilitate consistency and accountability across department and geographic regions.
- Supports the department through the analysis and updates of metric scorecards and dashboards for the purpose of tracking, trending and improved decision-making regarding program/department/business performance.
- Utilizes advanced Excel formulas and other technical platforms to create reports that pull and match data from multiple sources as needed.
- Defines and articulates training effectiveness metrics.
- Effectively constructs and manages SharePoint sites.
- Provides support for budget analysis and strategies.
- Develop and analyze training metrics covering training time and training costs.
- Navigates and runs analytic reports from systems such as SABA, CLIX, or other LMS.
- Department and System Support (20%)
- Effectively schedules and communicates PDT & BioLife training metrics to key stakeholders on a routine cadence. Â
- Manages and maintains BioLife Plasma Center Key metrics, communicating opportunities and areas of improvement to BioLife University Lead and key operation leaders.
- Partners and collaborates with project sponsors, project stakeholders and BU members, to monitor and analyze training performance for various projects, pilots and protocols.
- Participates and leads monthly training governance meetings reviewing key metrics, program effectiveness, system performance and identifies end-user training opportunities.
- Provides support to ensure that department goals and objectives are met.
- Other as Assigned (10%)
- Represents and supports BU (BioLife University), through written and verbal communication, committee participation and project team involvement.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional continuous improvement teams

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Essential - Bachelorâs degree in a scientific or business discipline or a minimum of 3+ yearsâ experience of data analysis or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel and itâs uses, Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Competency working within Microsoft Power BI or similar programming, Microsoft PowerPoint and transferable experience working within LMS systems.
Desired - Prior experience with training effectiveness and knowledge of Kirkpatrickâs model.
- Experience with report/data generation from LMS systems or data management systems.
