| JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is responsible for planning managing and monitoring SCHC’s clinical performance. Responsible for overseeing the medical policies, health care service delivery and quality of patient care. Oversee the SCHC Quality Improvement (QI) Program. Responsible for the overall clinical quality, professional leadership and direction of the Provider population at SCHC.

Graduate of an accredited medical school. Current New York State Medical License required. Current BLS Certification and Infection Control Certificate required. Minimum of seven or more years of clinical practice, participation in a leadership role in medical staff organization activities, and through management experience within a health care delivery system. Three to five years of management. |
