Description Summary: The Human Resources Specialist handles and provides support for various HR functions across the SWLA region including, but not limited to, recruitment and coordination of agency contract staff placement, timekeeping and invoicing; coordination and oversight of job descriptions; offers support and assistance to HR Team in SWLA. As a part of the HR team the incumbent in this position must portray the highest caliber of professionalism and positivity, work collaboratively within the department and throughout the organization, live the CHRISTUS Health Core Values through actions and words.
