----- RECRUITMENT INCENTIVES MAY BE AUTHORIZED FOR HIGHLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATE----- Physician - Ambulatory Primary Care Clinics Physicians provide care with a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) that is patient-driven, proactive, personalized, team-based care, focused on wellness and disease prevention resulting in Veteran satisfaction, improved healthcare and costs. Our patient centered approach teams up physicians with an RN Case Manager, LPN, and an administrative clerk. Common duties of the position may include: Physician will provide primary care outpatient services to all patients assigned to them. The provider will manage scheduled and unscheduled patients in the outpatient clinic setting. Primary providers in the outpatient setting are assigned a panel of patients to manage. Alternative or collateral duties may include management of a subsection of primary care patients. During employment, participation in special projects pertinent to assigned sub-specialty may be necessary as the projects become available with strategic or other initiatives. Work Schedule: Typical schedules are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday, some flexibility to this schedule can be discussed during your interview. Full time providers will work 80 hours every two weeks unless on leave status. Financial Disclosure Report: Not required EDRP is authorized. Student loan repayment up to $200K for eligible debt.
