Perform various clerical duties and administrative duties, including but not limited to:
Complete all travel authorization and travel reimbursements for physicians
Answering and triaging calls; managing multiple calendars and scheduling meetings
Manage data and create documents; oversee flow of visitors/staff and activities throughout the administrative suite.
Manage complex calendars for departmental leaders
Arrange for appropriate meeting space and set up based on meeting requirements
Discusses audiovisual equipment needed with the requester, Conference Planning, and order supplies as necessary.
Proofread all documents before submission to different stakeholders; ensures proper use of terminology, spelling, grammar, and consistency of information
You will work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and goals and provide operational support when necessary
High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor's degree preferred
2 years of experience in a medical setting preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Calendar management experience and coordinating schedules
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Monday Friday: 9 am - 5pm
