Job Summary: The Senior Director, Employee Health, has overall responsibility and accountability for employee health programs and services throughout the WMCHealth Network of hospitals. Responsibilities include developing, directing, and evaluating system-wide employee health activities and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, accreditation requirements, and hospital policies and objectives. Supervision is exercised over occupational health staff, including professional level staff at affiliated network hospitals. Does related work as required.
