The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) reports to the President & CEO  and is responsible for all financial and accounting functions in accordance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations. Both the CEO and CFO will be HTS3 employees. The CFO provides leadership, financial oversight and direction to ensure the overall financial well-being of Hospital.
