TeamHealth is looking to hire a full-time nocturnist to join our our Austin Hospital Medicine program for the St. David's System in Austin, Texas. Our nocturnist will work an average (calculated on a 6 month rolling average) of 168 hours per month. Our full time nocturnists work a traditional 7-on/7-off schedule staffed with 8 physicians and 4 nurse practitioners on per day, 1 physician and 1 nurse practitioner at night. Centrally located in Austin (2 miles north of downtown) this 350-bed hospital averages a daily census of approximately 190 patients with an average of 12-14 nightly admissions. Physician are eligible for full employee benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, and supplemental retirement plan enrollment.
