St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a full-time, Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist (Non-Structural) to join Albany Associates in Cardiology located in Albany, New York.
Albany Associates in Cardiology (AAC) was established in 1980. This highly regarded group is committed to delivering the highest quality, state-of-the-art cardiovascular care to patients through evidenced-based guidelines. With more than two dozen physicians and APPs treating patients across two hospital campuses, AAC offers a vast range of services, including general cardiology, echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, vascular clinics, nuclear cardiology, interventional cardiology, structural heart, and electrophysiology, including walk-in clinics.
Opportunity highlights:
- Hospital facilities include six cath labs with peripheral capabilities and one hybrid lab.
- AAC was instrumental in establishing an interventional program at St. Peters Hospital, a top 100 Heart Hospital for 10 years; the group also provides medical directorship of St. Peters Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation and Wellness Program.
- SPHPMA, a full affiliate corporation of St. Peters Health Partners, is the Capital Regions largest multi-specialty physician group with more than 665 physicians and advanced practitioners, in more than 100 practice locations.
- We have a strong cardiovascular physician practice presence in the Capital Region, which currently includes offices in Albany, Troy, Clifton Park, Glens Falls, and Saratoga Springs.

Interested candidates should have the following:
- Board Certification in both Internal Medicine and Interventional Cardiology
- Interest in both inpatient and outpatient care provision
- NYS license
- New and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
