Qualifications/Requirements:

• Track record of physician leadership a ideally as Division Chief or Vice Chair of Department
• Expereince within an academic setting is desirable
• Ability to provide leadership on full scope of psychiatric practices, especially as it relates to substance abuse
• Comfort level managing a combination of employed and voluntary staff

Minimum Education:

• Bacheloras degree in a realted field

Education:

• Masteras degree preferred

License/Certification:

• Board-certification and eligible for licensure in the state of New Jersey

Relevant Experience:

• 5+ years of leadership experience
