Director, Business Planning will:

• Manage annual and multi-year business planning activities for select markets or business unit
• Independently lead market assessment and pro-forma development for major capital projects
• Lead sub-teams of 1-2 business planning managers and analysts for special projects
• Develop and maintain market analytics solution(s) deployed across the enterprise, inclusive of managing external vendor relationships
• Partner with market operators as well as develop communications for senior executives and Board discussions
• Support management of external vendors
• Limited travel (no more than 1-2 trips per quarter)

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Engineering
• MBA or Masters in Healthcare Administration (preferred)
• 5-7 years of work experience in a relevant role
• Preferred experience in healthcare management consulting or finance
