Atlantic Health System is seeking a Hospitalist - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - for our overnight shift. This is an excellent learning opportunity for new grads or APP's looking to refresh their Internal Medicine skills.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist Nocturnist physician with patient admissions
• Performs physical exams and clinical evaluations, enters admission orders
• Orders and reviews diagnostic tests
• Orders and monitors medications
• Alternate scheduled shifts will act as a House officer
• Answers floor calls to assess, monitor and treat patients with change in status
• No code blue or Rapid Response responsibilities

Education:

• Masters degree from accredited college or university required

Licenses and Certification:

• ACLS required
• BLS required
• APP NJ License required
