DescriptionThe Hagan Lab in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Cincinnati Children's Hospital is seeking a postdoctoral fellow in computational and systems immunology. This position will involve the development and application of tools for multi-omic data integration and analysis to study microbiome-immune system interactions and immune responses to vaccination and infection in humans. The types of datasets to be analyzed will include RNA sequencing, targeted and untargeted metabolomics, flow cytometry, sequencing-based microbiome profiling, epigenome, and single-cell sequencing data.
