Assistant Medical Director - EM Physician
The University of Chicago’s Department of Medicine, Section of Emergency Medicine, is searching for a full-time faculty member to serve as the Assistant Medical Director for UChicago Medicine’s (UCM) Adult Emergency Department (ED). The appointee is expected to assist the ED Administrative Team in all aspects of ED clinical operations and quality oversight, and work with other medical center clinical operations directors to promote an outstanding patient experience. Clinical responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients who present to the ED. Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students, and scholarly activity.
