Carle Physician Group is seeking a full time Neurology-Epilepsy Advanced Practice Provider to join an established Neuroscience program in Urbana, Illinois.

Position Details Include:

• Primarily an ambulatory clinic position with occasional cross coverage inpatient
• Work collaboratively with a team of physicians, APPs, and EEG Techs to treat adult neurologic and Epileptic conditions
• Flexible scheduling with either five 8 hour or four 10 hour shifts
• Will assist with clinical research alongside physician
• Participates in ongoing learning and professional development within the team including case discussions and didactics.
• Must possess excellent clinical skills in history and physical exam and be able to function with high level of autonomy
• Faculty appointment with Carle Illinois College of Medicine with teaching of residents and medical students
• Proficiency with electronic health record required

Education Requirements:

Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Experience working with Neuro patients and/or exposure to Epilepsy patients and EMU preferred

Licensure/Certification:

Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
