Manages cardiac and thoracic surgery registries, coordinating communication between clinical abstraction teams and operational leaders to facilitate quality improvement strategies.

• Serves as a content expert related to quality and safety data management and performance
• Maintains organizational awareness of project and performance status, communicating regularly with key stakeholders.
• Coordinates development of high level project plan and timelines in collaboration with project leaders, providing support and direction to team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinates definition of project objectives and success metrics in collaboration with project leaders.

Clinical and/or managerial experience with cardiothoracic surgery is required.
