Providence is seeking a part-time provider with geriatric expertise and demonstrated leadership skills to serve as the Associate Director for the Senior Health Program. In this role you will partner with the Medical Director with development of Age-Friendly strategies and initiatives to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of quality patient care for older adults.
