UVA Community Health is seeking to employ a full time Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our busy group. For more than two decades, the Prince William County community has relied on the providers at UVA Behavioral Health at Prince William Medical Center to provide remarkable psychiatric care to adult, pediatric and geriatric patients. We offer evaluation and medication management for common and complex psychiatric concerns. Our team of behavioral health specialists is dedicated to providing high-quality inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatments.
Services offered at our clinic include:
- Intake Process
- Initial Visit/Evaluation
- Psychotherapy
- Psychological Testing
- Medication Management

- Bipolar Disorder

Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
- 1+ years of experience as a child & adolescent psychiatrist
- Completion of an accredited residency program required
- For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current MD license in appropriate state
- Board certification or eligibility
- Current DEA license required
