Overview
We are seeking a per diem neonatal nurse practitioner (NNP) to join our team of nine neonatologists, eight neonatal nurse practitioners and a PA to provide care to patients in suburban Atlanta. Piedmont Fayette Hospital has a rapidly expanding delivery service and has recently expanded to a 20-bed Level-III NICU with approximately 2,500 births annually.
Attend high-risk deliveries, assessing and rounding on newborns in the NICU
Provide well-newborn services
Coverage is predominately at Piedmont Fayette Hospital; however, our practice also covers at two other Level-III nurseries in the Atlanta area, providing opportunities to practice at more than one facility
Though there will be some flexibility in scheduling, we anticipate the nurse practitioner will provide in-house, eight-hour per day shift coverage, with no night call duties
GA license required
Certified NNP with recent experience require
