ChristianaCare is searching for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP) or Physician Assistant to join the Swank Memory Care Center, located in the Gateway Building of the newly renovated Wilmington Hospital. The Swank Memory Care Center is the first and only comprehensive outpatient program in Delaware for patients with memory disorders and their families. The Swank Memory Care Center, built on a model of patient- and family-centered care, is collaboration among the departments of Medicine, Family & Community Medicine, and Psychiatry & Behavioral Health.This is a full-time position offering a flexible schedule working 4 10hr shifts per week. The selected candidate will perform outpatient consults as well
