BMC MAIN CAMPUS OUTPATIENT & AFFILIATED COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER OPPORTUNITIES: The Psychiatry Department at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine (BUSM) is seeking Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatrists to provide acute and longitudinal ambulatory services, including substance use specialization and general outpatient care.
We have opportunities on the main BMC campus, in brand new clinical spaces, as well as, embedded within our partner, Community Health Centers throughout the Boston area. Psychiatrists will provide thoughtful comprehensive and acute based assessments, psychopharmacology services, working closely with an interdisciplinary team including recovery and peer specialists, mental health clinicians, psychologists, advanced practice providers, and case managers for comprehensive treatment planning.
This is an opportunity to become a member of a growing academic department with opportunities for research/educational contributions. Teaching opportunities will be available and physicians are eligible for faculty appointments at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine (BUSM).
Medical Degree
Board eligible/certified in Psychiatry
Experience in Addiction Psychiatry desired
Preference for Board eligible/certified in Addiction Psychiatry or ABMS/ABPM in Addiction Medicine
