A California based facility is in need of an urgent care nurse practitioner to assist with locum tenens coverage. This is looking for an NP to do a 6 month locums position with possible extension until a permanent provider is found. Assignment schedule is 4 10hr shifts per week, will see 2-3 patients per hour on average. They need the NP to have at least 2 yrs experience working as an NP, need to have good urgent care experience and to be able to suture and splint as well as see all ages. 4 10hr shifts per week
Will see pediatrics - Geriatric patients
2-3 patients per hour
EMR charting - Cerner
2+ years experience working as NP
6 months of locums coverage needed
Suturing and splinting skills required
