Overview
At St. Luke's, our dedicated team of Advanced Practice Providers strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences. The St. Luke's Urgent Care Position will be primarily based out of the Parkcenter location in Boise but will float to Mt. Home and Fruitland as needed. This Urgent Care Float sees:
- People of all ages, through all phases of life
- Treatment through preventive, specific conditions or acute illnesses
- Promotes the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a provider coordinating care for both wellness and illness
What to Expect:
- Part-time Level 3 (.8 FTE/71 hours per pay period)
- The opportunity to pick up extra shifts
- Variable work schedule
- Must have at least one year of APP experience, preferably in Urgent Care
- Performance Incentives
- Malpractice insurance as well as malpractice tail coverage
- $3,500 Professional Development Fund
- 5 CME days are included to complete education aside from accrued PTO
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate education from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or qualifying education as designated by the Idaho Board of Nursing.
- Licenses/Certifications: License and certification, as required by the specialty, or be eligible to obtain licensure from Idaho Board of Nursing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. Must obtain and maintain unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance licenses.
