Director, Compliance for the BJC HealthCare's Integrated Compliance Team

This leader will oversee a team of 8 and will have oversight over:

• Post Claim Audits
• Repayments
• Billing Investigations

Role Purpose

Responsible for the design, development and implementation of systems and processes which directly improve the value of services provided; improve overall organization performance; and insure Compliance with BJC policies and applicable laws. Provides direction to ensure full integration of quality management philosophy into organizational operations. Responsible for oversight of corporate compliance for all services as well as design and development of systems and process that ensure a high integrity workplace.
