Job Summary: The Addiction Nurse - - Office Based Addiction Treatment Program facilitates the collaborative interdisciplinary care management of opioid dependent patients and their significant support systems encompassing ongoing assessment, intake, evaluation, triage, teaching induction, stabilization, and monitoring of patients within the Opioid Treatment Program. The AN-OBATP supports and provides services to patients referred to the program for stabilization and assessment.
