IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital has a full-time employment opportunity for a Clinical Medical Physicist to join their established Radiation Oncology clinic located in Muncie, Indiana.
Employment opportunity Details:
Full-Time, Out-patient
Days (Mon-Fri) with no call responsibilities but must have ability to work occasional weekend for QA
Strong collaboration with 5 radiation oncologists, 2 physicists, and 2 dosimetrists
Practice locations include Muncie, New Castle, and Marion
Equipment and Platforms: Varian equipment and software, TrueBeam linear accelerators with on-board kV imaging, cone-beam CT, RapidArc, and HyperArc are used for external beam treatments, Brachyvision and Bravos are used for HDR brachytherapy. EMR and planning with ARIA, Eclipse, and Radformation.
Qualifications:
Education: M.S. or Ph.D. Degree in Physics or Medical Physics.
Certification: ABR/ABMP Certification in Therapeutic Radiological Physics or Therapeutic Radiology.
Experience: At least three years of clinical experience preferred, with demonstrated skills in SBRT, VMAT, IMRT, IGRT with CBCT/OBI, 4D CT, brachytherapy, and motion management.
