Nocturnal APP Hospitalists Needed in Beautiful Western, NC
UNC Caldwell is the primary choice for health care in Caldwell County. The Emergency Department sees approximately 30,000 visits a year. UNC Physicians Network provides the majority of primary care and select specialty care to our market from thirteen separate medical park locations throughout the county. Our 137-bed licensed acute care hospital is a member of the UNC Health System.
Position Details
Work with a team of experienced and highly skilled physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners
Focus on teamwork, work-life balance, and flexibility
Standardized documentation and extensive resources to ensure maximal efficiency and support while minimizing unnecessary and time consuming duties
12 hour shifts, 7 on 7 off rotation, 7p-7a along with a Nocturnist MD

In house specialty backup available from Cardiology, Nephrology, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, ENT, Pulmonology, Podiatry, Urology
Open ICU with Tele intensivist ICU coverage at night. Procedures optional but not required (training available)
