Opportunity Details:
As part of our integrated practice, you will provide care across three clinical sites with a total annual delivery volume of 7,000 and an average daily NICU census of 36.

? Management of micropreemies with advanced ventilation techniques
? Small Baby Unit
? Surgical services
? Therapeutic hypothermia
? Neonatal transport coordination

Clinical Sites:

California Pacific Medical Center (Primary location - 90% of shifts):
? Regional 35-bed Level III NICU
? Active well-baby service
? Large maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) program
? Transport services and high-risk perinatal navigation
? Comprehensive pediatric subspecialty support via partnership with Stanford Children?s Hospital

Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital:
? 12-bed Community Level III NICU

Mills Peninsula Hospital:
? Level II NICU

? Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
? Active California medical license (preferred or required prior to start)

Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is a premier multi-specialty medical group made up of over 200 physicians practicing in the greater San Francisco service area. SWBMG works in partnership with Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation (SPMF), a non-profit organization providing care through its affiliation with SWBMG.
