We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care at our Duncan Health Center. Requirements
**Education & Training**
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine) residency program
**Licensure & Certification**
Active South Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
Board Certified or Board Eligible (must achieve certification within 12 months of hire)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
**Experience**
Previous experience in community health, FQHC, or Patient-Centered Medical Home preferred
