Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican, is seeking an energetic and motivated Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Family Medicine Physician Associate (PA) to join our collegial practice in Capitola, CA. We are a diverse multi-specialty group comprised of more than 100 providers that are committed to building healthier communities. We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital and aligned with one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California.

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary, sign on and relocation assistance
- Salary Range:
- Nurse Practitioner: $139,202 - $151,229 DOE
- Physician Assistant: $142,112 - $159,165 DOE
- Comprehensive benefits including 100% employer paid medical, dental, and malpractice insurance

- CME allowance of $1,500 annually

Job Requirements- A valid and unrestricted NP or PA license to practice in the State of California
- Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
- Completion of state mandated educational courses
- Spanish fluency a plus
