We invite applications for Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our 100% Virtual Primary Care team virtually supporting Longview/Kelso Primary Care clinic located in Longview, WA. Our ideal candidate will have a the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff, providing a mix of telephonic and video visits for regional Kaiser Permanente members and manage a dedicated panel of patients, ages 18 and older. Candidates should have experience with telehealth and digital health, or adaptability to incorporate virtual care into practice.

Minimum Requirements:

• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Candidates for fully remote virtual positions must reside and practice in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Texas
• Candidates must be located outside of Northwest Permanente's regional service area
• Minimum three years of experience providing direct patient primary care post-resident training

The annual salary for this position at full-time is $212,800 - $239,500 which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
