JOB SUMMARY: The SCM Support Analyst-I ensures that the operational interests of their respective functional areas are represented in the day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Department. This role supports software deployed within the Harris Health System remotely via the IT/SCM Customer Service Center. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:1.Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:High school diploma/GED or Two (2) year degree/certificate from a recognized computer maintenance technical school or equivalent work experience. 2.Work Experience (Years and Area):Two (2) years of administrative experience; Two years of service call center experience and one year experience with desktop OS and remote support.
