The nominee will have clinical responsibility for adolescent patients (primarily referral care) in both inpatient and outpatient settings and will have an active role teaching students, residents, and fellows. Research related to adolescent health is encouraged. The section also has a vigorous Disordered Eating database. Applicants should be board certified or board eligible in Adolescent Medicine. This full-time position is ideal for a clinician-educator or clinician-scientist interested in the interdisciplinary care of adolescents, including but not exclusive of the full spectrum of disordered eating, LGBTQ+ and gender affirming care, young women’s health, depression and anxiety, risk behaviors, and chronic health issues.
