Geriatric Medicine Opportunity
OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTSTrinity Health PACE and Mercy LIFE have an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified Geriatric physician for its Religious Communities location in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The selected Physician will provide primary medical care to participants, including assessment, development of a plan of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, provision of direct participant medical care, and evaluation of effectiveness of the plan of care.
