Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant- Sunny Pacific Northwest!Memorial Cornerstone Medicine is seeking an Internal Medicine APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join their team. Founded in 1975, Cornerstone now occupies a 24,000 square foot building and is a Certified Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). The team includes five Internal Medicine physicians, an RN, 2 LPN and MAs who will work alongside our newly hired APP. The Cornerstone clinic was specifically designed for our adult and geriatric patient base, complete with on-site lab and pharmacy. Additional services integrated within the clinic include nutritional counseling, diabetic management, and mental health counseling and behavioral health.
