Physician Chief of Cardiology Services will provide consultation services and follow up of medical subspecialty patients, in his or her designated field, in the inpatient and outpatient setting, at the SFVA, or one of the affiliated CBOCs. Cardiologists may travel to Community Based Outpatient Clinics as requested/assigned by the ACOS for Specialty Care.
