The principal responsibility of the APP is to contribute to the care of patients with multiple myeloma (symptomatic and smoldering), solitary plasmacytoma, amyloidosis, Castleman disease, Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia and monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS). The APP will also be a part of the Hematology APP group providing procedures for the Health Care system, including but not limited to bone marrow biopsies, lumbar punctures, skin biopsies
