UNC Health Primary Care, formally Carolina Advanced Health, in Chapel Hill, NC seeks a full-time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician joining our team. This innovative primary care practice consists of a team of doctors, a nutritionist , a pharmacist, a care manager and a behavioral therapist providing care for our adult patient base with complex medical needs.

SERVICES

On-site laboratory

Management of chronic health conditions

Asthma

COPD

Diabetic care and education

Heart disease/congestive heart failure

High cholesterol/high blood pressure

Tobacco cessation

Women's health

Immunizations

Sick visits

Nutritional counseling

Preventative health care

REQUIREMENTS

Internal Medicine or Family Medicine APP

Licensed in NC

3+ years of experience, ANP/AGNPs encouraged to apply
