TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for an emergency medicine physician assistant or nurse practitioner at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, New York. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant in an emergency department. New graduates are encouraged to apply! Current ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications are required. Previous certification or current certification in ATLS is a plus but not required. The emergency department has a volume of 41,000. Current shifts are various and include night shifts until 4am. Candidates must be available for all shifts, to include 2 full weekends a month. This is a full-time opportunity.
