TeamHealth is seeking a Team Leader for the new Heart Transplant and Heart Failure Program at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Oho. The ideal candidate will be Board Certified in Anesthesia and Fellowship trained in Cardiothoracic Anesthesia with 4 plus years of transplant experience. Join our care team model of 26 anesthesia and 76 anesthetists, both CRNAs and AAs. - Approximately 36,000 cases including general, cardiac, orthopedics, regional, thoracic and OB. No trauma or pediatrics. - Currently about 750 cardiac cases annually with an anticipated increase in volume Cases include TAVRS, mitral clip, CABG, valve repair replacement, aortic surgery, ECMO, VADs and ACHD Compensation: $600,000+ annually plus $150,000 bonus Located
